Systems and data for companies in Mexico and Spain

Win back the hours your processes eat up every week.

We measure how your company works today, find where the time goes, and build the system that gives it back. It starts with Baseline, a fixed-scope diagnostic.

  • Laboratorios Senosiain
  • Pulpas Esmeralda

That process made sense the day it was set up.

Every company has one. The spreadsheet someone built when the team was five people, the paper form the shift manager signs, the report someone rebuilds every month by copying numbers out of three systems. It worked, so nobody touched it. The company grew and the process stayed the same.

Today that process costs you hours: data entered twice, numbers that don't match between departments, decisions waiting on someone to finish the report. That cost never shows up on an invoice, which is why almost nobody measures it.

Signs it's happening to you

  • The same numbers get entered in more than one place.
  • The management report is put together by hand and arrives late.
  • Answering a business question means asking someone for a file.
  • If the one person who knows the process is out for a week, the process stops.

Field audits of the spreadsheets companies actually use found errors in 83% to 91% of them, and their authors almost never knew.

Raymond Panko, audits published from 1997 to 2008.

Where we start

Before we propose a system, we measure.

Baseline is a diagnostic with a fixed scope, a set timeline and a named deliverable. We review your processes, your data and your tools as they're used today, and we show you where the time is lost, what it costs and what we'd change first. You know what you pay and what you get before we start.

Three commitments

  • We don't change anything. Everything is read-only.
  • Your data, always protected: we anonymize it from day one and keep only what the diagnostic needs.
  • Every finding has its evidence on file and is checked again before delivery.

Three proofs

We buildFrom an Excel workbook to a system the company runs on every day.

Global Skindermocosmetics distributor, Mexico

We started where they already worked: we organized their Excel tables. When that wasn't enough, we automated them with macros. Next came a data entry system with forms and the business rules built in, so a mistake couldn't be saved. Once those rules had proven themselves day to day, we moved everything to a web system.

Today that system runs inventory for every branch, records sales, tracks collections and produces the management reports, all on real data. The rules that started in Excel are the ones the system enforces now, and before a change reaches the team it has to pass more than 900 automated tests: it only ships if every one of them passes.

  • In daily use, on real data
  • Inventory, sales, collections and reporting in one system
  • Each role sees only what it needs

We stayWe built their business intelligence from scratch. Almost three years later, we're still there.

Laboratorios Senosiainpharmaceuticals, Mexico

It started from the inside: eighteen months running data, CRM and commercial intelligence as part of the laboratory's own team. An executive report that took eight hours to prepare came down to thirty minutes. When that chapter ended, Senosiain kept working with us as outside consultants, to maintain and grow what we had built.

In 2026 we took their monthly market report a step further. With AI agents we checked it figure by figure against the source data, then built the process that produces it today, with a validation at every step. Anything that doesn't add up gets flagged before it reaches management.

  • 8 h → 30 min
  • 17 sources integrated
  • 16 executive dashboards
  • ~1,200 field reps
  • 43 executives, from the CEO to regional managers

We measure52 findings in one online store. Ten didn't hold up, so we took them out.

La TulipB2B hospitality e-commerce, Spain

We went through the entire store and found that more than half of the active catalog sat in no section at all: nobody could reach those products by browsing. Before delivering, we walked the store again the way a customer uses it. Ten conclusions didn't hold up and came out of the report, including the one it led with.

  • 3,901 products reviewed
  • 52 findings
  • 17× more sales for well-placed products

Once we've measured, we build what the diagnosis calls for.

Sometimes that's a new system. Other times it's putting the data you already have in order, or getting the tools you pay for, and nobody uses, up and running. The problem sets the size of the solution.

  • Custom systems. When Excel can't take any more: inventory, sales, collections, orders. Global Skin.
  • Data and business intelligence. Sources that don't talk to each other and reports built by hand, turned into dashboards management checks on its own. Laboratorios Senosiain.
  • Digital presence and infrastructure. Website, online store, Microsoft 365, time and attendance, and the equipment that keeps it all running. Pulpas Esmeralda.

And when we finish, we stay: support, improvements and a second measurement so you can see the change in numbers.
