What we build after we measure.
Every service grows out of a diagnosis, so we don't sell fixed packages. We start with whatever is costing you the most time and grow in stages, at your company's pace.
Custom systems
When Excel can't take any more.
Plenty of companies run their operations on an Excel workbook someone built years ago. It works until five people use it at once, until a data entry error slips into collections, or until the one person who understands it leaves.
We build the system that replaces it without throwing out what already works: your business rules move from Excel into the system, where nobody can skip them anymore. We go in stages, and the team uses each one day to day before we move on to the next.
What it usually includes: inventory by branch or warehouse, sales, invoicing and collections, orders, CRM, role-based permissions, management reports.
Case studies
- Global Skin: from an Excel workbook with macros to a web system in production.
- An ice cream shop: order tracking and CRM.
- A car customization shop in Mexico City: a system to get off paper. In design.
Data and business intelligence
When management waits days for a report.
The information exists, but it lives in the sales system, in distributors' files, in accounting and in every manager's spreadsheet. Pulling it together each month is someone's job, and when the numbers don't match, nobody knows which one is right.
We connect those sources, clean and unify the data, and build the dashboards and reports management can check without asking anyone. When a report repeats every month, we automate it, with validations that check every figure before it goes out.
What it usually includes: source integration, catalog standardization, data models, executive dashboards, automated reports, market and competitor analysis.
Case study
- Laboratorios Senosiain, from wholesaler data to a monthly market report that now builds itself.
Digital presence and infrastructure
When your tools don't help you work.
A website that doesn't bring in customers, an online store nobody has measured, attendance tracked on signed sheets, email and files scattered across personal accounts. Each is a small problem on its own; together they take hours a week from a team.
We put the foundation in order: website, online store, Microsoft 365, time and attendance, equipment and everyone's accounts. Then we stay on to support it.
Case studies
- Pulpas Esmeralda: biometric time and attendance, HR, Microsoft 365, equipment and website, with ongoing support.
- La Tulip: a complete diagnostic of its online store.
We use AI when it saves work you can check.
At Senosiain we use AI agents to check their monthly market report figure by figure against the source data, and to build the process that produces it today. We set the rules, review what the agents do and approve every step. There, AI takes hours of manual work off someone's plate, and every result can be verified.
We don't put it in a project to make it sound modern. If a process is better solved with a clear rule or a good form, that's how we do it.
The work goes on after we deliver.
A system people use every day needs adjustments: a new report, a rule that changed, someone joining or leaving the team. We provide support, keep improving what we built and, when the time comes, measure again.
We've worked this way with Senosiain for almost three years, and with Global Skin and Pulpas Esmeralda since the day we delivered.
