Shadow and thunder.

Shawnder blends two words. Shadow: we're with you from day one, and like a shadow we grow or shrink with the size of the challenge. Thunder: we get to the solution fast. Fast means finding it early. Delivering half the job doesn't count.

Your shadow in every decision. Thunder behind every solution.

We started inside a company.

Shawnder's story begins inside a pharmaceutical laboratory. Jared Blancas Rivera, its founder, spent a year and a half at Laboratorios Senosiain, first cleaning up wholesaler data and, by the end, leading business intelligence. When that chapter closed in November 2023, the laboratory wanted to keep working with him from the outside. That's how Shawnder Consulting started.

Being on the inside taught us to look at a process the way the person who uses it every day sees it. Whoever is building the report at eleven at night doesn't need a presentation on digital transformation. They need to get home on time.

Two countries, one way of working.

We have offices in Mexico City and Madrid. We work with companies in both countries, from a three-person e-commerce business to a laboratory with more than a thousand people.

  • Mexico City
  • Madrid

Three rules that don't change.

  1. We measure first. We don't propose a system until we know how your company works.
  2. We build in stages, without stopping your operation. What works today keeps working while we change it. We split the change into short steps and move at the pace your team adapts. Each stage is used day to day before we move on to the next.
  3. We only publish what we can see again.Every finding and every number has its evidence. If it doesn't hold up in a second review, it comes out of the report, even if it's the headline.

What we don't do

  • We don't inflate numbers, ours or our clients'.
  • We don't sell a system before we measure.
  • We don't add artificial intelligence where it doesn't save work.
  • We don't publish a client's name without their permission. That's why two of our case studies are anonymous.
